A: Payout delays can vary, but it is common for the RAF to take anywhere from 6 to 12 months—and sometimes longer—after the claim has been finalized. Bridging finance provides immediate relief during this time.

A: We typically advance up to 75% of the net settlement amount (the amount remaining after your attorney’s fees and disbursements have been deducted). The specific percentage will be calculated based on your unique claim.

A: No. Unlike traditional personal loans, RAF bridging finance is secured by your guaranteed future RAF payout, not by your personal credit history or assets.

A: No. For the process to be secure and legally binding, you must have a successfully settled claim that is being managed by a registered South African attorney.

A: No. There are absolutely no monthly repayments required from you. Our fee is a single, clear, agreed-upon charge that is deducted only when the RAF pays your final settlement amount.
